Me and my family stayed for multiple days and had 2 conjoined rooms. They were very clean and the service was phenomenal! Everyone there was happy to serve you and there was even a woman there that offered us plates and forks when she had seen that we were bringing up food to our room. 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Liz. She was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. From the moment we arrived, Liz went out of her way to help, always with a positive attitude and professionalism. The amenities and small details were absolutely stunning. Because of her, our experience was stress free and memorable. We would gladly stay here again.

This hotel has a full breakfast, outdoor firepit and is centrally located. However, when making the decision where to stay know that this is a five start property due to the staff, specifically Lizette. He works the night shift and is pure joy. She was helpful with everything from dining locations, to where to get live music on a Wednesday. She make coming in late after a long work day AMAZING. As a person that has a number of hotel stays per year, in 2026 Florida City is going to be hard to beat. Thank you Lizette...keep up the amazing work!!!

From the moment that we were checked in until the time we left (7 days) each and every employee that we passed or had contact with was outstanding and professional, all with smiles on there faces, and all were willing to go the extra mile and were genuinely happy people, so so nice and refreshing. Hotel is in great location, rooms are terrific and spacious, can't speak on the breakfast as the hotel was sold out and each morning we choose to just have coffee. But it looked goid, Sebastian and dissected were truly the most customer service oriented employee's that we have dealt with in a very long time, Outstanding! To the hiring manager keep up the great work!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this hotel! We booked a room block for our wedding, and the service from start to finish was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. Communication was easy, every detail was handled smoothly, and the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained—our guests kept commenting on how comfortable their stay was. From check-in to check-out, everything was effortless and stress-free, which was such a relief during an already busy wedding weekend. We are so grateful for the amazing service and hospitality. Thank you for helping make our special weekend even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning group accommodations or a wedding room block!

We booked a Block for our wedding and it was amazing Our honey moon Suite was decorated with complementary champagne, and chocolates. I also stayed the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and they also decorated our room with fun stuff and the staff were amazing. When we walked in we were greeted with a welcome sign for our guest to see with pictures of my now husband and i and a little love story. I will recommend Homes2 suites to every one after my experience at the Florida city location.

We spent 4 nights here in January. We picked Florida City and the Home 2 as a great base location for visiting Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. The location worked out great for getting to the parks and activities there. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s is hard to fault this place. The location is perfect for exploring the Everglades, alligator farm experience etc and it’s not in Miami! Rooms was great and all staff encountered were highly professional and personable. Special mention to Lizette, who stole a bit of my heart! She is a superb ambassador for your hotel.
